Comments, suggestions and complaints

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care for all our patients. However, we understand that at times things may not go as expected, and you may wish to share feedback or raise a concern. We welcome this, as it helps us improve our services.

You can submit feedback or make a complaint in any of the following ways:

  • By completing our complaints form, available at reception
  • By sending a letter addressed to the practice
  • Through our website by Submitting a Request

Our Supervisor works closely with the Practice Manager to review and address all concerns raised. If you prefer, you can also ask to speak directly with the Supervisor or Practice Manager, who may be able to resolve some issues informally at the time.

We aim to handle all complaints promptly, fairly, and with sensitivity. If you choose to make a formal complaint, the Practice Manager will ensure your concerns are dealt with appropriately.
